Alice is minorly taller based off of sprites and the physical build would be far different.

But isn't doll-size clothing exactly the thing she does most?! And yeah, she's usually depicted taller than Reimu but that's not really relevant as tailors take measures y'know.

For those wondering why anything at all is going on, the first panel references an extra from the second volume of Forbidden Scrollery: to express their friendship, Shinmyoumaru presented Reimu with a kimono to match her own. Reimu, bemused by the small size of the kimono but still touched, wore it on her ribbon, claiming (when asked) that the back of her head was cold.

She then found out from Alice that a kimono made by an inchling is worth insane amounts of money. But decided to not sully her friendship with Sukuna and ask for more to sell.
