Yes, they're the same character. Forgive me, I did not know there was an entry for Yulong/Bailong already. Yulong is his actual name, and Bailong is the nickname given to him by Tang Sanzang.

I think it might be more appropriate to have one tag aliased to the other, since both are valid names.
