On one hand, the Quarians are pretty much stuck in those suits from childhood, never able to touch something or anyone outside of extremely pre-prepared situations because they could get a flu and die. Oh, and they’re a symbol to the other races of the “no-good vagrants” and of their lost homeworld to the Quarians.
On the other had, the way they cling to those curves…Quarians > Asari any day.
