First blueprint should always go to Tone. Mogami CAVs are just inadequate.

The Mogamis were only useful on E-5 (2015 Spring Event), but you could also use Choukai and RJ to take the easiest way to the boss, though.

Mogami sisters seriously need a buff. Perhaps a plane distribution like the Fusou sisters Kai Ni?
