The other is from twitter, and twitter has a tendency to murder image quality with overzealous compression and resampling (see the big differences in the file sizes).

In this case the difference in quality is not particularly noticeable, as the lines were already rough (and for that matter, thick) in the original, even without further compression.

In any case we treat the 'higher' quality image as the parent. Done.
