[Kantai Collection x RWBY] Admiral Ruby and Akagi
Welcome to Kantai Collection, where the ships are girls and who the Admiral is doesn't really matter. That's right, anyone can be the admiral, even someone as Ruby Rose from RWBY.
The Kantai Collection anime has been out recently and I'm pretty sure there will be more fanbase of the series although some fans will not understand much due to not knowing much about the game...
