Exactly what Kuma does at my base. =w=.

Kuma doesn't do anything in my base, because I've completely neglected my non-Kai-ni-able CLs. (In fact, I've been focusing entirely on Heavy Cruisers for the past few months)

I'm trying to rectify this, but it's slow going.

I don't have Kuma at my base, she's not a quest ship and my fleet space is limited.
