When you're lost, no matter where, buy something, like a snack, a drink, etc to make sure you don't look like someone in a problem..Even mingling with any locals is fine.. Who knows if there's any con artist or anyone with bad intentions watching you.. I could sympathize with Sanae-san..

I wonder if the Ran person was really piggybacking the Chen person. Even smaller 20-something ladies need rather mighty shoulders to carry them.

Pig's blood is supposed to be pretty tasty with the right sauces. It's also supposed to be super rich, as in fattening.

Honestly, I just never bothered to try any. You can find a lot in Taiwanese oden.
