It's a parody of Funasshi, i kind of forgot how the correct name is.. It's an (unofficial) pear mascot of Funabashi city

They use the non-standard romanisation of Funassyi. And he (it?) is terrifying. I'll stick with my local (demonic) Kumamon, thank you very much.
