It's just optical illusion, like when you do that thing where you make your pen/pencil look like it's wiggling.
However, I do agree that she should probably not fire that gun. She looks a bit too weak and the recoil would probably fuck her up. Wouldn't be surprise if she flies back when she fire that damn thing.
