Does it really even matter if the money is counterfeit or not seeing as how they live in some closed world?
I'm surprise stuff aren't bought through bartering or just killing the "person" to get the item.
Or selling your body for it somehow. Like agreeing to cook, clean or whatever other manual labors you need to do to get that booty.

I don't know. Bkub's work are actually quite deep and complicated.
