Nah, freezing ice cold bath in winter is nothing. I do it all the time in winter. TO make it painful, let's say we dip in an ice lake for 1~2 hours. That should be better for Masomiral.

note he has a muffler and winter coat/uniform on while BBQing, he wants to go for heat stroke in summer and frostbite in the winter.
