Really wanted to give the Octolings/Octarians a go but never had good references to work off until now <3 I love their design. So enjoy the doodles! Hope to draw them more in the future :)

You never actually see any octo troopers smiling in the game, so seeing a helicopter one smiling here is a welcome treat.
Helps that it's cutely dumb-looking.

Also, the octoling with the red glowing eye is awesome.
