Nowi from Fire Emblem: Awakening.
After I drew Cherche I wanted to draw a manakete too, yet I couldn't decide if I take Tiki or Nowi =v=. Somehow I went with Nowi then.
I normally don't like lolis, but Nowi is a frickin dragon so it's ok. The manaketes are such a cool class too. I actually wanted to add her dragon form but I didn't find a good pose to fit them both into one picture...
