So, who are the ships that Popeye has? From what I can tell he has Enterprise, Northampton, Maury, and Mahan but who else is there? I doubt the girl with the bird on her head is Samidare and I can't tell who the girl is next to Northampton; looks a bit like Ooi actually.

The girl between Bluto and Hornet is Wisconsin though.

I like this Admiral Popeye and Big E. He get what he deserved though for groping big E even after admitting he's already married.

If they can take this to night battle, Popeye's fleet should win as the none of Bluto's ships are really all that capable in Night Battle (traditionally) The three Iowa-class might have something up there sleeves in terms of radar fire control.

Though the later American heavy cruisers are not all that equipped for it either, Northamptons still had torpedoes, and the old light cruiser and destroyers are fine, and in theory, Enterprise can be a Night Ops Carrier.

On a side note, it's good to see some strips with these girls. I'm a fan of the big E.

In practice all Enterprise has to do is knock out both carriers then the BBs will have to retreat since both sides can easily make 30+ knots and never get into gunfire range between the two fleets. The she can just hit the sitting ducks with Helldivers and Avengers all day and night.
