Well, you need at least one lacrimal gland for tears, and considering where they're usually located, I think it's a bigger question of how she's crying at all.
I just noticed, but how the hell is she getting two streams of tears from a single eye?
She'd probably need two tear glands for her giant eye (because one of the functions of tears is keeping the eyes hydrated), as for where they are, they're probably on either side of her eye or in a horizontal configuration in her cheeks.
