Japanese title from the commentary says "Kodomo Teitoku Hajimemashita".
I've translated it as Child (or Young, or Kid?) Admiral Debut but feel free to adapt if you have better.

I thought about pasting in that name, but ended up leaving it alone. And I didn't realize that hugging admirals was part of a secretary ship's job description.

It actually is rated 18+ on DMM from what I remember.

I'm about 9 months late but there is a translation error, おばさん means aunt/aunty　while おばあさん (with an extra あ) means grandmother/granny. It's easy to confuse between the two especially in speech.

And almost 6 years later, this is them now (post #4483314). This is one of the most wholesome stories I've ever read, and I'm gonna reread this again.
