I just noticed that this doujin has been uploaded before,just not made into a pool.My questions are why the re-upload and why make it a pool just now?
The pool existed before (you can see when from the History) so it's not new. Sometimes, we re-upload because either it has greater resolution (which is better for the eyes, especially when it comes to translation if the writing is too small on the samples) or because some page has been revised.
