I drew this one several days ago to try out a new set of colored pens (Crayola SuperTips Washable Markers) that I purchased. They weren't really as good as I expected, especially since the colors on their caps did not match the colors that they could apply onto surfaces. Such was the case for the last set of colored pens that I purchased, so I'm wondering if it's actually something associated with the products as a whole.
There wasn't actually a skin-toned pen included in the set, so Koa's skin was only colored with pencils. Something I did like about the pens, however, was how easy it was to make small gradients on smaller surfaces (it's her eyes). Also, a few of the pens were scented. Koa's hair here, for example, smelled like strawberries; the black pen smelled like custard for some reason, so... yeah, her skirt kinda smelled nice. ...that sounded weird, didn't it?
