    ”キレそうなのです。” - In romaji, "kire sou nanodesu".

    The second half of the sentence can usually be interpreted as "Is that so" or "I see". I have no idea what "キレ"/"kire" refers to, though.

    Luz is right. キレる is slang meaning "to snap", "to get angry", "to lose one's temper", etc.

    It's derived from 「切れる」, and refers to the appearance of raised 'anger veins', which may look like they about to snap or break (exaggeration is involved here).
