It's the manga adaption of Victory Gundam. The official one. Katejina had bikini chicks attack the V2 thinking Usso (the main character) wouldn't kill women and would be enraptured in they're near nakedness (she's crazy). Usso thinking he's going crazy snaps and slaughters them, it's less graphic in the anime.
