Well, slightly... Melek Taus is the head archangel, completely pure and good and a direct manifestation of God, unlike harpies, which are filthy evil things designed only for torturing people who pissed off Zeus.
But if you consider any bird people to be harpies, then yes. I'm not a hardliner myself.

Yeah, if that's the case, added to the other problems, definitely not a harpy. If I take a look at the other anthro chars, Holo gets listed only by wolf_ears, wolf_tail, wolf... not wolf_person. Seems like there should be a tag for wings for arms, but that'd be a pain to apply back to all the other harpy tags, unless we can get an implication.
