It's actually from Himura Kiseki's doujin title. "Mashou no Ushio". Mashou here from what I get is "devilishness"
I don't read said doujin so maybe there were some other meaning?

Actually, in the twitter and comic is heavily implied that Ushio is provoking her Admiral on purpose to do her. She just doesn't likes it when it's other man.
