Mhm, I can't say that I'm totally 100% sure on this, but I think this girl is more than likely supposed to be CZ2128 Delta. Considering that she's wearing an army-camo scarf, an identical looking eye-patch, has pink hair at the same length as Delta's, and appears to have a faint cross in her eye would this be enough to warrant a new tag?

There's also the fact that So-Bin has drawn Delta before.
