If you're referring to Matsuki Miyu, she died on October 27th, so it would be the wrong date. (Also, she never voiced this character.) Neither the Pixiv nor twitter versions of this post have commentaries, and both Nohara Rin's English and Japanese VA's are still alive. Rin herself, though, is dead; maybe the picture is a reference to that.

November 15 is the character's birth date. The angel motif is perhaps a reference to the fact that the character is deceased.
