Yeah after all she is 76 years old and still child. This is good and gorgeous depiction of her when she grows up and that's what Shalltear is so jelaous about since and mostly all of the elf races grow up to be like this.
She needs to grow up to this if she intends to get libido out of a skeletor. Not that Albedo would have succeeded very well despite her natural assets, but still.
