Can anyone identify the patty with the dab of sauce that's leading the escape?
What do you mean by identify? What food it is? It's a hamburger patty(steak) with some ketchup. Japanese people tend to just eat the meat with no bun if you think it's strange. I've seen a few times in other mangas (like Rozen Maiden) and even on some japanese cooking shows at some hotels when I was vacationing there.
