Never played Wind Waker but can't help but think this girl looks very tsundere.

I think this girl tried to rob the shop she worked for. She used to be a spoiled rich girl, but her dad spent the family fortune trying to rescue her. By the time she's returned home, he's completely broke, and they're living hand to mouth.

All in all, a pretty decent side character.
