Well, fk yea, understandable for Clownpiece. Rumia could've used the real "native" version in one of the other posts, though. :< Cirno could too, they even have a name "Cirino" in Italy, after all.

Cirno's name even uses an Italian pronunciation. She's just (9) enough to forget.

Exactly, I always thought the same even though the pronunciation is linked to how it sounds in Japanese. It's just that there's a lot of people out there who pronounce her name in a wrong way. At least I can understand 'Muricans going all "Seerno" on it, I don't get some PL ppl trying to use some sort of ecclesiastical latin pronunciation even though Polish is closer to Italian in how both Cirno and pizza should sound...

    Pi-
That's not how you pronounce that!
Clowpi-chan! Say "pizza" ten times! "Pizza" spelt and pronounced the Japanese way, "piza". The joke is that after they do this ten times, you point to your elbow (hiji) and ask them what that's called, hoping they'll say hiza (knee) instead.
-zza! Spelt using IPA symbols. Cirno's pronunciation would be /pi.d͡za/.
