    Bakeneko and Nekomata are after all Youkai and they are described to occasionally eat humans, like so many other youkai. Since Chen is a shikigami and generally treated as a family member at the Yakumo household, I doubt she'd ever be hungry enough to just run around and devour people.

    Rumia on the other hand, usually seems to be alone, so for her to be hungry and be more prone to eat humans, makes a ton more sense.

    This is obviously "Youkai Pillow-talk". It's a double entendre, as a reminder you're on the menu, but most likely meaning something sexual.
