This is a Soviet MIRV-6 from an SS-22N air launch vehicle. The warhead contains 14.5 kilos of enriched uranium with a plutonium trigger. The nominal yield is 10 kilotons.
If so, Tenryuu will have a hard time fulfilling that particular wish, since as far as I can tell, the MIRV-equipped SS-22N was entirely made up for the movie. There was no N variant of the SS-22; in fact, there was really no SS-22, it was a NATO misinterpretation of a variant of the SS-12. Which wasn't equipped with a MIRV system. It was a theatre ballistic missile, launched from a truck, like the infamous Scud (in fact, I think it used the same trucks as the Scud). Oh, '90s Hollywood, you so silly. :)
