The Artist name Kureno, want to tag, but their is already an artist name Kureno. so i leave the artist name as Artist_name.

For future reference: If there already is an artist with the same name or if the artist uses a common word, you need to add a qualifier to the name like I did here. It could be his/her Pixiv profile name or Twitter handle. You can find the profile name in the same box you opened to get the picture source, just look two lines up. Also, the tag artist name is for when the artist writes his/her name on the picture. The tag you meant to use was artist request. Hope this helps.
