She also possesses a holy spear, and with her raw stats and skills is qualified for Rider and Lancer classes. She's just so well known for Excalibur and Caliburn that she's always summoned as a saber.

It's pretty obvious, if Avalon isn't used as her catalyst she isn't summoned as the 15 year old bodied 23 year old saber class king of knights, but the actually 23 year old Lancer/Rider King of Knights.

I wonder if there is going to be an alternate Saber for every class.
Goddamn....although she has technically have gotten nearly every class save for Berzerker, Caster and Assassin. X-mas Alter Saber was a rider, Jean is practically Saber with breast.

If they're going to do so much of this alternate bullcrap I hope they would at least throw in the Tamamo Nine. 2 down, 7 more to go.

I'm not sure why they do it. Is it because people will actually buy anything that Type-MOON calls Artoria? I feel like inflation has driven down the value of the original Saber(s).

As if "inflation" isn't happening to the concept of Servants as a whole when you start picking writers, scientists, musicians, etc into the roster.

There's a joke here to be made about Lancer Artoria and 'inflation', but I just don't want to bust the mood up right now.

Mysterious Heroine X is apparently Assassin class I was reading on the Typemoon wiki.

I think the only class Artoria doesn't qualify for is Caster, so a Berserker form is probably just a matter of time.

That's only because she didn't like the training. She does have the raw power to be part of the class.

Opposite, Artoria can be any class, except Caster. In Fate/ Zero, Artoria show her godlike riding skill with her motorbike while chasing Rider - Alexander. She also has a holy lance which she impale Mordred in her flashblack in Fate/ Stay Night.

Well we know Kawasumi and Takeuchi are conspiring to put a Seiba in every class.

I personally doubt we'll see her as rider. I mean what difference would it be to her Lancer/Lancer Alter forms since she's already mounted?
