The original URL of the pic was http://img03.pixiv.net/img/lwj023/554903.jpg but it seems the entire artist including all images has been deleted off pixiv, so I didn't put it in the source field.

I don't think this pic is by Sugimura Tomokazu. It's definitely not from any released sets, nor the website. And I doesn't really look like his work. He isn't the only one drawing dakimakura pics...
