I'm rather fond of body hacking (In art, that is. I'm too nervous to do it myself.), as long as it's non-destructive. Given the lack of blood, the act we're seeing here might not be lethal. Having a big flailing parasite/symbiote inside you can be bad for other reasons, of course. Ask this guy.
