How do I find the artist on pixiv, or perhaps, find this picture, then surf the artists other works?

It was briefly mentioned that you can use
http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=#NUM#
to find the user-friendly page for any Pixiv post, where you replace the #NUM# with the picture id found in the raw URL.
