Don't think this goes in the "unexpectedly evil" pool.
Yaruku likes to use clones/android/dolls/etc. and this seems to be just a case of Sekibanki manipulating her's (hence the other pics and my comment above)

It's gruesome, but there's nothing evil about it.

Interesting take on Sekibanki's abilities. Her's was always quite bland given the description.
