It's a regular Bucky sketch, so it doesn't fit. It also is drawn in a different style compared to the rest of that pool, which is monochrome and line work versus the painted look here.

Apparently, this should be in that pool since it was titled Fubukin 31, so it's a part of the same series. Unless that pool is just for that particular style and not the "series".
