I spent way too long staring at this comment trying to figure out how Smosh could have anything to do with 'Angels With Even Filthier Souls'. It would've saved me a lot of time to just read the rest of the comment section.

Half his Twitter feed is music videos from the West. And at least a third of his art uses more Western techniques than anything strictly anime or video game inspired. He's basically one of us from the other side.
