Personally, I dislike this Clowpi-chan that's used everywhere now. That sounds so stilted. Yeah, it says Kurapii-chan and if you translate it "directly" it might be that but translation shouldn't be direct. You don't write Hekaatia Rapisurazuri. Perhaps use "Clownie" or something. Clowny-chan if you want to keep honorifics. Or something else.

I'm down for this. I Agree that it feels weird in english. I vote for use of Clowny or clown-chan.

I thought I was the only one who felt this way. I think it’s how Clowpi-Chan doesn’t have the same rhythm; doesn’t roll off the tongue as easy as Clowny-chan
