ご愁傷様, based on 愁傷, "condolences". The whole sentence is basically "My condolences on this occasion." (Like Yotsuba, Arisu is just mimicking fancy-sounding words that don't quite suit the occasion.)

Maybe translate it as a slight malapropism, like "con-dolly-senses".
