There's also Tamamo Cat, Nightingale and Kiyohime if it's just people who could talk comprehensively.

Even Spartacus can talk normally. Though I wonder if berserkers who "can never reach a mutual understanding with others" can actually hold a conversation with each other. Beowulf is the only one who's bio outright says that his mad enhancement is so poor that it doesn't affect his sanity. Though I think that Kintoki and Vlad should still be fairly sane enough.
