The settings explains that when monsterization is not specified the default monster the girl becomes is a generic succubus. That would likely be the case for women cut by cursed swords, unless they were particularly special women or women in unusual locations. But yeah, becoming a lilim would be impossible.

I'm not saying women hit by the sword would become Lilim, they'd probably turn into a demoness of some kind due to the dark, corrupting nature of the sword's magic. I mean the offspring of a possessed sword user would be a lilim due to the frankly idiotic logical leap one would need to take for her to squeeze out another demonic sword user.

i remind on the scene in clamp x in manga when the two womans born the holy swords and it was a bloody mass so i never want to see a woman who squeeze out a sword. this case here sounds to the counterparts of demon swords in the scared blacksmith with aria all demon swords are female but their human form is not her real body they are still swords. sure they can have sex but no information that they can have children when a cursed swordwoman gave birth the easiest way to say is the children are living demon blades with a real body and can also change into a sword or infect other weapons to create more cursed ones.

Got it, but still, lilim are the direct daughters of the Mamono Lord. They can't be born from other monster races. So assuming cursed swords don't birth cursed swords in some manner (maybe in a protective shell of some sort), they would likely give birth to fairly normal succubi. We don't know one way or the other though.
The chief god should have angel daugthers like the demon lord have lilims as offspring the wiki say clear that godess also angels can have children with man.
My guess is either the sword starts to desire them and their minds basically are warped to act as the sword's husband, perhaps finding them a more appropriate host to do stuff with, or maybe they turn into girls themselves, though that idea may just be my own fetish talking.
