Pretty sure this doesn't fit to the criteria. Almost Heart-Breaking has something/someone doing things to prevent the event from happening, or the 'tragedy' was funny enough. In this case it's already happened, and she's trying to overcome the trauma stemming from the event.
If anything, this goes to 'Heart Breaking' pool because she need to resort to masturbation to rewire her brain trying to overcome the trauma against fire.
