For some reason airsoft ranges appeal greatly to me even though I have access to a real LE range. There is something elegant about firing a bottle of little plastic balls at plastic and paper cups and other targets without the noise or smoke of a real firearm.

LOL I know the feeling, having shot both firearms and airsoft.
My only experience with a gun is when I dislocated my shoulder. Granted, it was not exactly a small caliber, and I was trying to be all badass, going at it single-handed and gangsta style, but I've never tried to shoot one since then.
