Nah this scene is in Afghanistan. The chapter opens with the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Then the main character meets Osama Bin Laden and after she is tortured, she rapes her captors. The men then kill Osama so that they can continue their orgy. Chapter concludes with Bush Jr. dropping a bomb on them from a stealth fighter.
