Okita is still effective against the main boss since she's a zerker. From what I remember her NP is one of the few that can reach a holy-shit number.
But then to actually do damage you have to equip the event CE that gives extra bonus damage and charge your NP within the first round of only 2 short rounds full of archers.
And you have to survive.

At this point, if your support is Okita you might as well just find someone with a Scathatch or Jack.
