Is it me or the art style changed a bit since the last seasonal. The face looks a bit odd.
Might be her expression. The face looks the same as usual, just that Bono got a new expression. It looks like she's blushing, smiling yet also frustrated and angry at the same time. I can't tell if she's gritting her teeth or grinning.
The coloring is definitely better. The first round of art for almost all the girls was very monochromic with little shading, so practically everyone got better at shading.
Though he has improved but he draws his girls thinner time to time, which I don't like Their arms and legs look fragile that they can be broken with a light breeze. And too oversized eyes for oversized-already-for-anime-girl-eyes
I believe the only thing lacking in this round of illustrations by drew is the emotion (and yes the eyes too, which comes in part with the "emotion" I mention).
While she looks alright in her base image, her damaged image lacks a contrary emotion that has been illustrated in the last few times, such as Akebono's '16 Valentine art. Because of that, her eyes in her damaged art also feels somewhat dead/lacking.
Still, compliment to the improvement in art from being "flat colours" into becoming nicely shaded and lively (or at least I would call the art'n'colours lively...).
