EDIT: Okay, instead of saying "none of this", which isn't what I meant, I should clarify that using a few slang words found primarily in AAVE doesn't make what they're speaking AAVE, especially since the term "fam" and the like have permeated throughout internet culture recently. Their speech is missing most of the grammar found in AAVE. Basically this isn't AAVE, it's American English sprinkled with some slang. My decision to remove the tag stands.
Yes but in the figurative sense like 'bro'. Basically, it's 'bro' for when you want to jokingly pretend that you're black. Very popular among the kiddos nowadays.
