I have to agree with the others over here. You probably haven't had any experience dealing with kids. Though, I would like to add geriatrics and 'special needs' into the pile as well.

Geriatrics mostly because of dementia and/or speech impediment. Special needs because of their varying degree of different thought process and sometimes limited cognitive ability.

They are not a bad group of people and I do not blame them for what they are or how they act. It's just that you are going to need a lot more patience when interacting/helping them.
